Audrey Noone’s New Satirical Short, “The Penis” (2016)
It’s big and bold and in your face. Audrey Noone‘s new ultra-short film requires no analysis. You don’t have to be Sigmund (or Anna) Freud to understand its main thrust. The Penis takes direct aim at sexism in the workplace with its satirical look at what it takes to get ahead in one’s career. It makes heavy use of a certain latex prop, which reportedly has no lines because it’s the “strong, silent type.”
Only Noone would have the balls to make this film. Without further ado, feast your eyes on The Penis:
